Do what you want. Everyday Tip #11

I've always wanted to be one of those yoga people, with their sleek bodies and earnest namastes. They always look so peaceful and healthy and I just wanted to be that.

So I signed up for a conventional gym membership.

Guess what?

The gym membership didn't turn me into a yoga person.

You know what is getting me there?

Going to yoga.

If you want to be something, do what people who have achieved what you want do. There is no other way.

If you want to be a writer, write. If you want to be a runner, run. If you want to be happy, do things that make you happy.

If you want to be the type of person that goes to yoga...go to yoga.
