Little bites for dinner. Everyday tip #31

We've started a new tradition in our house -- twice a week we have "little bites" for dinner. One of the nights falls on the day I go grocery shopping (by the time I'm home from the store I'm in no mood to cook all the groceries I just put away) and the other is on playgroup night.

Little bites are easy: We just heat up whatever's left over in the fridge, and we supplement with fresh treats from the store. So tonight we had left over meatballs and hoppin' johns, plus smoked salmon, salad, mozzarella, salami and breads. The kids love it because they get to eat whatever they want and who doesn't love a buffet?

I love it because there's no cooking involved. Need I say more?
