Go outside to get outside of your head. Everyday tip #66

“Look deep into nature, and then you will understand everything better.”
― Albert Einstein

I am not a fan of cold weather. I have no appreciation for brisk air -- I much prefer a balmy, slightly humid evening to a frigid day. This can be a problem, because I end up spending too much time indoors, and when I am indoors too long I get lost in my own head. That's not good.

I have to force myself to get outside, take a break, clear the air. It works every time, but there are still days when I don't get outside and those are the days I am least productive and least happy. I'm sure those two things are related.

Thank God for little kids and puppies. They force us to get outside and play.
